Jodhpur National University was born in the year 2008 and since then the journey has been impeccable. It started as small initiative towards serving the society but in these many years it has grown to a massive institution of education for all the students in Jodhpur & all over India. It is the first private university created under the State Government Private University Act & has pioneered the concept of technical and professional education in the Western part of Rajasthan.

Just 2 years back on 2nd convocation, Jodhpur National University was proud to award the a Doctorate in Literature to legendry actor Shri Amitabh Bachchan for his exemplary contribution to Indian cinema and the first honorary doctorate in hospitality and business management was awarded to Capt CP Krishnan Nair, founder chairman and chairman emeritus of The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts.
